Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can either use the model withdrawal form below or manage your subscription directly via the Stripe Customer Portal:

• Use the link to the Stripe Customer Portal you received by email after your payment.
• There, you can cancel or modify your active subscriptions.
• Alternatively, you can contact us by email: support@datatodoc.de

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Special Notice for Digital Services

If you request that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. You will be explicitly informed of this during the order process and asked to give your consent.
